Failure to control his temper has landed a Zhombe man in hot soup after he assaulted two fellow villagers in separate misunderstandings.
Tasara Ncube (30), was ordered by Magistrate Story Rushambwa to pay $300 fine before the 29th of March 2019 or face 4 months imprisonment.
Ncube was convicted of two assault counts when he appeared before Magistrate Story Rushambwa this week.
Ncube attacked Caroline Sibanda with a knobkerrie last year at Zororo Business Centre, Zhombe after the two exchanged words. Sibanda sustained injuries on her left arm.
On the 27th of October 2016, accused attacked his other victim after the two started quarrelling over the removal of shrubs at an undesignated area close to the victim’s household. Ncube then attacked the unknown victim with a knobkerrie several times on the left side of her breast before throwing stones at her as she tried to escape the accused’s raging fury.
