One Voice project takes off

Local gospel led by sound engineer Ebenezer Mafuruse teamed up to record a live DVD named One Voice at Kwekwe Theatre recently.

The live DVD comprises of seasoned gospel artists and some unheard voice in the gospel industry.

It was a lifetime breakthrough for Caroline Mupindu, Lloyd Zendaned, Kudzai Gunje and Manafred Jonaias as they took to the stage on a powerful night graced by the mighty man of God Bishop Mafuruse, Mrs Mafuruse and Pastor Sean Madzima of Kwekwe Christian Assembly.

Gwayana hit maker Pastor Emmanuel Mapiye and Minister Priviledge Kamudyariwa gave a good account of themselves on stage as they blessed the night with powerful worship songs.

Note to be outdone was the gospel sensation Widsom Ksheseh and his 13 year old sister blessed with a vocal cord which raised the curtains down the auditorium

The project director Ebenzer Mafuruse who came up with the idea left the auditorium in high spirits

“The idea behind one voice is to unite gospel artists in Kwekwe and foster relationships with artist from other towns while also developing pour own future people starts,” eh said

The 13 track live DVD was backed by the amazing talent fro Praise band with Takunda Mahovo on drums, Eugene Moyo bass guitar on keys Munyaradzi Chigwende and Adonis Pesania while Litah Chiradza, musoro bhangu hit maker Teyt Mutsvanemoto were backing vocals on the project.

One voice is set to have eight series live DVD recordings.
