A Harare man who plunged into vulgar language insulting another at Manamana Business Centre in Msasa, Kwekwe was slapped with a $60 fine or spend 20days in jail when he appeared before magistrate Story Rushambwa.
The man was charged with violating Section 41(a) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act, Chapter 9:23.
According to state papers on the 17th of September 2018 around 2030hrs at Manamana, Trust Dahwa (37) insulted Victor Amusa by shouting at him using foul language insulting his mother.
Dahwa appeared before Kwekwe Magistrate, Story Rushambwa facing charges of two counts one of insulting and another of assault.
In the second count on the 7th of October around 2030hours at Manamana Business Centre the accused person assaulted the complainant by biting him once on the right thumb when he was assisting police with making an arrest.
